About backup

Plan A: Plan B is to keep working on plan A

My name is Rehaan and I’m a musician at the Berklee College of Music. I play instruments such as the saxophone, guitar and voice. I chose Berklee because it was where I could amplify my own perception on how I play music so I could bring something new to the table in the music industry. Currently studying the major of Professional Music, with concentrations of contemporary writing and production, songwriting and music business, I aim to pursue all aspects on how I can not only achieve success as a musician but to help others be inspired from the music I create.

At the age of eight, I started performing music at local festivals and school talent shows and I was entranced in the void of performance. My biggest inspirational icons in music as a child were people like Bruno Mars and Michael Jackson and as music progresses to today, my biggest inspirations new musicians keep adding to the list of what I aspire to be. My biggest influences are my father and mother, who are founders of the company, Kaalo, their success inspires me everyday to one day execute the hard work they have achieved and the rewards they get for it. My goal in the future is to be a successful solo artist as a singer and saxophone player who writes and produces music in the genre of alternative pop who writes the music that best defines me and perform music that best defines the music.
